Dietary Modification
This involves tweaking your current diet, your favourites foods and dietary preferences to make sure you get complete nutritional benefit. It is a 1 Hour Consultation which includes:
– Nutritional Goal Planning
– Health Maintenance and Guidance

Meal plans
I can provide you with original recipes for to your dietary preferences or specific nutritional goals. Price is for a Two Week Meal Plan which includes 14 Customised Recipes.

Dietary Analysis
This is a complete nutrition profile analysis of your dietary intake over a week. A Dietary Analysis includes:
– Dietary Macro and Micro Nutrient Breakdown
– 8 Customised Recipes
– Half an Hour Follow Up Consultation

Supplement Reviews
Overview of your current supplements and medications to make sure you are getting the best quality, value and benefit for your health. I provide you with a schedule to organise all those pills so you know what to take, when to take it and how much to take.

Practitioner Support
Are you running a busy practice? Why not outsource the work you don’t have time to do. I can analyse a clients diet diary for you, create their meal guides, and even summarise research. Contact me for more info!
