I use individualised nutritional therapy plans to help support my crew; the hard working shift workers in the Maitland and Hunter Valley Region.

Winter is here, but don’t be fooled, shift workers you don’t need those extra carbohydrates and starchy vegetables. As tempting as it is to have more toasties or roast potatoes.
Yep it sure is! Including feeding and nourishing yourself and your family. Unfortunately ongoing sleep deprivation and disturbed sleep, is something that you as a shift worker inadvertently sign up for, as part of your role in our community. Sleep deprivation leaves you vulnerable to immune disruption, digestive problems, decrease cognitive function and the ability to cope with stress. I can help you boost your energy levels and manage your fatigue.
